- Is Easy Being Green safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
We recommend speaking with a healthcare professional before consuming Easy Being Green during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Some of the greens present, including alfalfa, ashwagandha, and triphala may not be safe to take during pregnancy. Other ingredients may impact milk supply. - Is Easy Being Green paleo or keto-friendly?
Easy Being Green has 5 grams of carbohydrates per serving and isn't a significant source of fat. In that sense, it doesn't strictly follow the low carb-high fat diet that keto represents. Easy Being Green isn’t considered paleo because it does have oat grass powder. Visit our website to have a deeper look at the ingredients and - if you're on a strict keto diet - run them by your nutritionist. - Do barley grass and wheat grass contain gluten?
There’s no gluten to be found in Easy Being Green. Our greens contain both barley and wheat grass juice powders. The key here is that we’ve only used the grass component of both the barley and the wheat: gluten is only found within the seed kernels of these species. We also test our Greens Powder to ensure gluten is not present. You can view our Certificates of Analysis here. - Can I give Easy Being Green to my kids?
We recommend speaking with a doctor before giving Easy Being Green to kids. Be sure to mention any allergies your child might have.
