How & when to take
Take one scoop 30 minutes before your workout (or, if you’re like we are, enjoy it anytime you need a boost). Add a scoop to any amount of water and shake to mix. Or simply mix it into your daily smoothie or other culinary creation of choice — we love making super-charged energy balls!
Because of the caffeine content, we recommend enjoying Renewable Energy in the morning or early afternoon.
