How & when to take
Take your Vitamin D with breakfast. Better yet: aim to enjoy your Vitamin D alongside some healthy fat (like nut butter or avocado) to help your body better absorb it. Swallow whole (we made these tiny!), crush into a smoothie, or dice with a pill cutter.
We recommend taking your Vitamin D early in the day. It may not be the case for you, but some research suggests Vitamin D at night may interfere with your sleep.
