How & when to take
For best results, take Work It within 30 minutes of completing a workout.
Here are a couple of ways to use it:
Fast & Easy: Add 8-12oz of chilled plant-based milk to a blender/shaker bottle, then add 2 scoops of Work It and shake it like a polaroid picture!
Make a Smoothie: Add the following to a blender: 1 banana, 8-12oz of chilled plant-based milk, 2 scoops of Work It, optional: 1 handful of frozen fruit or spinach. Blend and voila!
