How & when to take
Take your dose 30 minutes before bed, with or without food. If you’re new to natural sleep aids, start by taking one capsule per night for about two weeks. Over time, depending on how you feel, increase your dose to two capsules.
Our capsule-swallowing trick: Put one or two capsules in your mouth, drink water, and tilt your head forward before swallowing. The capsules will float to the back of your throat and will be easier to swallow.
